On today's episode of WTF Spirit?, I spoke with Jena Skai of Sacred Soul about a topic very near and dear to my heart: sisterhood circles and holding sacred space. We discussed the ethics of a circle, what to look for in a circle and the importance of being in a circle to help you on your healing journey. At the request of a viewer, we even talked about the type of training a circle facilitor should go through to help them.

Welcome to the LAUNCH of my podcast. I have overcome the damned imposter syndrome to step fully into the path of why I have reincarnated on this earth. According to my human design, it is my job TO INFORM and here I am rocking it out!In this opening episode I got a wee spicy and went totally off topic for what I originally was going to discuss. Spirit was FIRE today and I channeled it all right through in support of the LGBTQIA+ community.I did wind up discussing how I got to this point in my vocation, upcoming classes and what spirituality is versus religion with the dictionary definitions along with a few more rants, after all, it is my podcast.

It's time to get uncomfortable.
True growth doesn't lie in the comfy blanket of what we've been told. True growth comes from dropping the defenses and opening our minds to other possibilities. I don't know everything and will never pretend such nor will I ask you to believe something which doesn't resonate with you, but I will ask you to consider it as an option.
