WTF Spirit? Card Pulls for audience & Finding Support

In this episode today, Rev. Maria Leggett starts out the episode pulling cards for the audience members who were live on her Facebook page. 
Rev. Maria went on to discuss loving family members and people around the world who may have a different belief system than you. It is imperative that we lead our lives through love rather than hate. Just because someone believes differently than you, doesn't mean you cannot love them and get along with them. It means you need to find a common ground in which to have a relationship with them.
Love should never have gender, sexuality, culture or skin color attached to it. The Infinite Spirit, Universal Source, God or whatever name you want to give to the Creator loves each of us regardless of what we look like, who we love or who we choose to be.
If man was made in this image and we carry the Christ consciousness inside of us, should we reflect that back into the world?

WTF Spirit? - The Perseverance Episode with Michele Lefler

In this episode of WTF Spirit? I spoke with Michele Lefler of Living Moon Meditation about being raised in a Christian household, converting to Judaism and finding Spirituality through it all.
Michele Lefler is a meditation teacher, spiritual guide, shamanic energy coach, and the driving force behind Living Moon Meditation. With a passion for blending ancient wisdom and modern techniques, Michele offers a holistic approach to well-being and self-discovery. Her transformative teachings combine mindfulness, breathwork, visualization, and shamanic energy healing, providing a comprehensive experience that addresses the needs of each individual. Through her work, Michele creates a safe space for individuals to explore their inner landscape, cultivate calm and clarity, and empower themselves with practical tools to navigate life's challenges.
This episode was very much about perseverance and never giving up. Despite Michele waking up with no internet, she drove to a park to have this interview where reception was spotty and I filled in. Truly a WTF Spirit? moment! We both agreed... it's all about perseverance.

WTF Spirit -The Big F Words we never want to talk about

In this episode, Maria speaks about "THE" F Words which gives everyone the heebie jeebies - no f*ck isn't one of them! FORGIVENESS and FEAR. Your spiritual path ain't truly spiritual if you haven't cried, wanted to be locked up alone, felt alone or faced your darkest fears. 
Mercury and Pluto are in Retrograde, May 5 is a Full Moon eclipse in Scorpio and to top it off, there's a lunar eclipse. Legit... the planets are aligning in a magickally painful way to tell you to DEAL WITH YOUR SHIT. Stop hiding. It's time for the fear to be a thing of the past.
Shadow work is the most difficult thing you will ever experience. There are layers to it and just when you think you're done, here comes another situation to show you that you have not, in fact, healed it completely.

In this episode, Natasha talks to us about her passion in helping women to embrace their own power and show up as their magickal selves within the mundane world as well. She also discusses what wild means to her and how it affects her being a single mom and allowing her children to embrace the wild energy she teaches others. She delves into how to begin breaking the cycles women have carried forward.
Natasha shares with us how important it is to live an intentional life from creating your coffee for the day or going out and being physical to release pent up energy in your body and embrace your outer strength as well. She explains how she looks at her body as the temple and the food she puts into her body must have energy which works best for her temple.

In this episode, Julian Crosson-Hill shares his wisdom on how to come back into alignment with yourself by using Human Design and really feeling into what is in your highest good. Julian shares with us his views on Queer Spirituality and how Queer communities really need to be valued and uplifted. This was a beautiful eye-opening experience for me.
Julian shares his story of how he found witchcraft and how it has changed his life. He also shares how he became a Spiritual Life Coach embracing a comment made by one of his dear friends who said "You should be my coach."
Julian is a spiritual life coach helping spiritually minded professionals break through their personal limitations to step into a life of possibility, freedom and impact. Along the way, many of his clients have laid claim to their spiritual calling. In his work, he mixes various modalities to assist my clients. As a human design specialist, he weaves human design into all of his work.
Julian also teaches tarot, oracular trance work and spiritual life coaching sessions at Temple of the Rebel Goddess in Dayton, OH.

In this episode, HeidiBeth Abney of Runestone Heathens of SW Ohio talks with us about Heathenry. Heidi has been a practicing pagan for almost 29 years. Like many people on the pagan path, HeidiBeth had an experience with the Christian church which led to her find an alternate way of experiencing spirit.
HeidiBeth shares her wisdom on heathenry and how it is not just a masculine driven religion because it has many feminine deities to work with as well. She explains to us that heathenry is a reconstructionist religion and the part she works with is very open to different ideas rather than the staunch dogma associated with some religions. Heathenry is a religion and you do not have to work with Magick in order to be a heathen, however she explains combining them is very powerful.
She and her husband Roger Abney started Runestone Heathens of SW Ohio right before the pandemic hit. Through the pandemic they realized many people wanted to be able to continue learning so many of their courses and classes are available online. You do NOT have to live in SW Ohio in order to join their community.

In this AMAZING episode, we have an honest heart to heart with Lady Rhea who has much experience with spirituality in the last 50 years. During this episode she reminisces about New York and what it's like there for the first 30 minutes, then we get into some really inspirational information.
Lady Rhea discusses alternatives to a mala if you do not have one, she discusses what a witch really is and things you can do if you're just beginning your journey. True to Rhea's relationship with technology, we experienced some glitches, but we worked through it all!

On today's episode of WTF Spirit?, I spoke with Charity Murphy about her journey through Spirituality, what it means to her and how she became a Certified Heartwork Journaling Coach.
Charity shares openly about working through her emotions with her transgender son and how she is helping him to embrace his emotions as a male and finding his place in the world.
