WTF Spirit - Being Authentically You

In this episode, I get real about what it means to be your authentic self, and I dive deep into the family trauma that gets passed down through generations. Growing up with parents who didn’t know themselves, I learned that trauma just keeps repeating itself unless we actively break the cycle.
I share my personal journey of feeling abandoned by my dad and how, before he passed, I finally got the peace I needed when he opened up about why he stayed away. It wasn’t easy, but it helped me understand the generational wounds he carried.
I also talk about how we choose the families we’re born into, and how healing starts with looking at all those pieces that made us who we are—what came from mom, dad, and even from their parents. If you’ve ever wondered why certain patterns keep showing up in your life, chances are, you’re the one who’s meant to heal them. It’s not easy, but it’s part of what we signed up for in this lifetime.
This episode is a powerful reminder that healing your family’s karma means being true to yourself and forgiving those who came before you.

WooWoo life with Oracle Cards, Witchcraft and Ghosts

In this continuing series of my friend Jacob and I having random conversations, we discuss oracle cards by Alaina Fairchild, witchcraft and ghost experiences.
Oracle cards are a beautiful way to connect with spirit and receive a message from your guides every day. Purchasing a few decks with different themes, helps for spirit to have different subjects to communicate with you about.
Almost everyone I know has practiced "witchcraft" at some point in their life and Jake and I discuss that.

THC and Spirituality

I sat down on a Friday evening with my good friend Jacob Sams aka Jackie O from Rubi Girls and we chose to take our medical marijuana and talk about spirituality while under the influence. There will be a few episodes shared from that conversation.
In this episode, we discuss where your soul goes when you black out, but you have no memory of what happened. It was a very random conversation which will make you laugh and provides you with some food for thought.
I added some after thoughts to this episode, sans THC, discussing why THC should be federally legal, how I used to have the opposite opinion and why pharmaceutical companies aren't interested in THC being federally legal.
